Ordering & Delivery
- Orders placed before the daily cutoff are delivered the next day by 4 PM to serviceable areas (PIN 302021 & 302026).
- Minimum order value is ₹199. Orders at or above ₹199 receive free delivery.
- Delivery timing may occasionally shift due to weather, mandi conditions, or festivals — we will always inform you on WhatsApp.
Pricing & Availability
- Prices reflect daily mandi rates and may change day to day.
- The price at the time of order placement is the price you pay.
- If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you before delivery for a substitute or a bill adjustment.
Freshness Guarantee & Returns
- Inspect your items at the doorstep. Return any item that doesn't meet your expectations to the delivery partner immediately — that item will be removed from your bill.
- Returns after the delivery partner leaves are handled case by case; message us on WhatsApp within 2 hours with a photo.
HB Coins & Referrals
- Coins are credited on delivered orders (5% of order value) and expire 6 months after credit.
- Coins can offset up to 20% of a future order's value. Coins hold no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
- Referral rewards (₹50 each side) are credited when the referred friend's first order is delivered. Self-referrals and abuse void rewards.
Account & Conduct
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your delivery details.
- We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of repeated false orders, abuse of offers, or misconduct toward delivery partners.
