- Usage data: standard analytics (pages visited, device type) via Google Analytics to improve the site.
How We Use It
- To process and deliver your orders
- To send order confirmations and delivery updates on WhatsApp
- To maintain your account, order history, saved addresses, and HB Coins balance
- To occasionally share offers (you can opt out anytime by messaging us)
What We Never Do
- We never sell your personal data to anyone.
- We never share your phone number or address with third parties, except our own delivery partners fulfilling your order.
- We never store payment card details — all orders are Cash on Delivery.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction of any details, or complete deletion of your account at any time. Just message us on WhatsApp or email hariyalibasket@gmail.com — we'll act within 7 days.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser local storage to remember your cart between visits, and a cookie to track referral links (so your friend gets their reward). Standard analytics cookies from Google may also be set.
